Background
I grew up in a small village in Somerset. I moved to Gloucestershire in 2010.
I love the outdoors and am often found exploring the area on my bicycle.

After briefly studying sociology I stumbled across the world of counselling by chance and fell in love with it. I started my training in 2015 and was lucky enough to have some wonderful tutors and supervisors who inspired my development as a therapist.
Personal life experiences have taught me the value of empathy and compassion which I bring to every session. I understand the challenges that life brings but also the joy that is waiting to be tapped into.
The hardships we face change our outlook on ourselves, life, and the world around us, they give us a different perspective which can be both rewarding and challenging. Helping people making sense of their experiences inspires me every day.
